Two years after launching our first version of Simbrix to the world through Kickstarter, we have grown up quite a bit since. We also gained a huge amount of insight in what our new friends think about Simbrix and how they use them. We have been making little updates to our kits over the two year, changing inspirations, adding a new kit and finding new people to sell them. Last year I decided it was time to look at the entire package and decide what was needed take Simbrix to the next level. So my team and I got all our ideas together and put together our third Kickstarter Campaign – it took a little longer than planned, but worth the effort. This would be a ‘massive upgrade’ to the Simbrix Kits – to include 16 new colours, new inspirations, new colour mixing and totally new packaging.
Our target was to raise £2000 and we raised £4320 from in a relatively short 21 day campaign. The team and I were delighted with this and so we are busy working on the actual updates. Our new manufacturing tool has been made and work has started to make the new Simbrix too. We are aiming to deliver the to our Kickstarter backers around August 2017.
