You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
It is important that we can easily get our products into the hands of our customers. We offer 3-5 business days free shipping within the UK. For shipping outside the UK but within the EU, the delivery cost will vary depending on the destination of the items. Please confirm with us before purchase. For deliveries in the US, shipping time will generally take between 3-7 business days depending on the final destination. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the delivery costs are nonrefundable, unless the products were damaged or defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking your delivery
When your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number for the delivery via email or text. We strive to offer the highest standard of customer service and will aim to reply to any enquiries that you may have within 24hrs.
